Eligibility
Unopened product in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. For safety reasons, opened tablet packages cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Email support@scriptbotanicals.com with your order number to receive a return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
